Our location at noon today. Crossing the Arafura Sea on our way to Darwin. The sea has been super smooth. In fact I woke up last night and thought I was sleeping in a hotel, not on a ship. As you will see in my photos, the sea looks like a pond. It is mirror-like and I have a photo demonstrating this effect. 86 degrees with 80% humidity outside at noon. Captain said during his noon position and weather PA that we should continue to have smooth sailing all the way to Darwin.
WHAT WE DID LAST NIGHT:
Last night we enjoyed the company of the Fitzgerald's and Davis's for cocktails and then a lovely dinner in Compass Rose. We talked so long that we missed the first part of Bayne Bacon's show. He is a great pianist and has some of the best jokes.
WHAT WE DID TODAY:
We both had room service breakfast today. I did not go down to the Coffee Connection as usual, but checked my email from here in the suite and even uploaded some photos for today's blog. This morning we worked out after watching FOX News and "The Five" on it.
Chef Michael had an "Outback BBQ" up on the pool deck from noon to 2:00 pm. I had to go check it out as wanted to try some kangaroo, emu, wild boar, bay bugs, and fish. There are some good photos of this on today's photo link. The photo captions will describe today in more detail.

This afternoon after I get this post published we want to watch the last half of movie we started watching yesterday afternoon, "The Dressmaker". It is good.
Dinner tonight in Compass Rose and will not be going to "Beatles Night" after dinner. We should be docked in Darwin, Australia, by 8:00 am tomorrow. We have a 9:00 tour that I have been looking forward to for long time. We did same tour back in 2010. It goes to an air museum that has a B-52G in it that I flew on one of my 78 bombing missions during the Vietnam War.
