DAY 38-AT SEA

This was our position this morning at 10:00 am.  We are at sea today enroute to Lautoka, Fiji.  We are experiencing a 40 mile per hour wind so the ship is rocking and rolling again today due to the wave height.

HEALTH UPDATE:
       Well, poor Rebecca has more issues now.  For the past couple of nights she has been coughing which keeps both of us awake.  I bought her some cough medicine yesterday evening but it did not work very well last night.  Her breathing through the nose is again a problem when she is lying down. This morning she can hardly talk.
       My neck continues to be more painful as the day goes on.  The meds the doctor gave me do not seem to be helping.  This morning during my breakfast in Compass Rose, the doctor stopped by my table to check on us.  (Rebecca had room service so was not there).  She offered to refer her to an ENT doctor in Auckland and also refer me to a doctor there.  We'll see.

WHAT WE DID TODAY:
       Well, we're not doing much at all.  Just trying to get better.  I'm going to publish this early so I can lie down this afternoon.  We really enjoyed Brandi's show last night.  She got another standing ovation from the audience.  I have requested Chef Michael prepare veal parmesean for 6 tonight.  Also joining us will be:  Brandi, Susanne, and David & Melody Hermann.
       As I mentioned yesterday, last night we crossed the International Date Line.  So today is NOT Sunday!  It is Monday!!  Yes, we lost a whole day.  I called my mom and dad this morning to check up on them.  Ok, that's it for today.  Fiji tomorrow and Brandi will leave us and fly home.  She has been good to visit with her.
